Synopsis  

​

A gritty Northern comedy drama. Blackpool 1953. Two young gay Yorkshire miners, Eddy and Tommy, on their annual holiday there, meet transvestite James Elbridge who is summoning up the courage to do the fabled walk from pier to pier.
