Journey to Mauritania is a story of trip, but it is also an occasion to deepen some themes important legacies to the natural and cultural patrimony and the changes of the climate through a country, Mauritania, still not very known, but that offers notable sprout of reflection for the western world.

Mauritania, the only Saharan country bathed by the Atlantic ocean, is an Islamic republic of ancient tradition whose millennial history doesn't stop fascinating us. Occupied by a desert in continuous expansion it is a rich earth and inexhaustible source for the studies of anthropology.
